Lt-Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving as divisional leaders in the Ontario Central-East Division, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries of the Canada and Bermuda Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with promotion to the rank of colonel. They succeed Colonels Don and Ann Copple who will be retiring from active service.

"We are pleased to share the announcement of international appointments which has been received from the Chief of the Staff," says Commissioner William W. Francis, Territorial Commander. "Lt-Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd will take up their new responsibilities as of March 1, 2010. We welcome Floyd and Tracey Tidd to their new assignments at Territorial Headquarters. Please keep them in prayer during this time of transition."
